GCG St. Lucia was established on Dec 16, 1987.  Since their inception, they have provided quality service to international airlines including British Airways, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Delta Airlines, US Airways, American Airlines, Condor, BMI, West Jet, Air Canada, NetJets, Jet Blue, Tui (formally Thomson Airways) and other corporate jets.

The Company operates from a modern and fully HACCP compliant plant which meets all local and international standards.

Their highly trained and qualified work force of over 80 employees ensures the highest level of consistency and creativity in food preparation with strict adherence to HACCP requirements and procedures.

GCG St. Lucia’s reputation of excellence extends to Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) where their Island Deli quick service restaurant is located.  This facility provides the convenience of a variety of hot and cold beverages and freshly prepared healthy and wholesome, meals and snacks to traveling passengers transiting St. Lucia through the departure lounge and locals in the Landside restaurant.
